About Us
Amerect Inc. traces its beginnings to the N. H. Sandberg Erection Co. founded in 1945 by Nels H. Sandberg. The Sandberg legacy is based on quality work at an affordable price with on-time performance. The N. H. Sandberg Erection Co. was in the forefront of steel erection for 37 years performing service on such landmark projects as the Osborn Building, Northwest Bell Tower and Federal Courthouse in St. Paul; and the University of Minnesota Health Science Complex, Hennepin County General Hospital and Lutheran Brotherhood Building in Minneapolis.
Amerect Inc., founded in 1982, is a successor corporation to N.H. Sandberg Erection Co.
Amerect Inc. has been a member of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota since our founding in 1982.
